結(jié)構(gòu)原理
輸入信號(hào)增大,供氣用電磁閥先導(dǎo)閥1換向,而排氣用電磁先導(dǎo)閥7處于復(fù)位狀態(tài),則供氣壓力從SUP口通過閥1進(jìn)入先導(dǎo)室5,先導(dǎo)室壓力上升,氣壓力作用在膜片2的上方,則和膜片2相連的供氣閥芯4便開啟,排氣閥芯3關(guān)閉,產(chǎn)生輸出壓力。此輸出壓力通過壓力傳感器6反饋至控制回路8。在這里,與目標(biāo)值進(jìn)行快速比較修正,知道輸出壓力與輸入信號(hào)成一定比例為止,從而得到輸出壓力與輸入信號(hào)的變化成比例的變化。由于沒有噴嘴擋板機(jī)構(gòu),故閥對雜質(zhì)不敏感,可靠性高。
特點(diǎn)
1)可實(shí)現(xiàn)壓力、速度的無極調(diào)節(jié),避免了常通的開關(guān)式氣閥換向時(shí)的沖擊現(xiàn)象。
2)能實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程控制和程序控制。
3)與斷續(xù)控制相比,系統(tǒng)簡化,元件大大減少。
4)與液壓比例閥相比,體積小、重量輕、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、成本較低,但響應(yīng)速度比液壓系統(tǒng)慢得多,對負(fù)載變化也比較敏感。
5)使用功率小、發(fā)熱少、噪聲低。
6)不會(huì)發(fā)生火災(zāi),不污染環(huán)境。受溫度變化的影響小。
